London Metropolitan Archives plan to "tell the stories" of wartime London and Londoners

The London Metropolitan Archives is preparing "to tell the stories of London and Londoners from 1914-1918" with primary sources relating to the period to mark the Centenary of the conflict.

The London Metropolitan Archives has stated that it plans to tell the stories of: "the responses of Londoners [to the conflict] within their families, communities and city; the deliberations and actions of London government, hospitals, industry, businesses, charities and religious organisations to the conflict".
