The BBC's Democracy Live service covers a debate in the British upper chamber of parliament, (the House of Lords), about how the Centenary of the First World War should be marked in Britain.

During the debate, a variety of points were raised, ranging from ruling out the Centenary as a "celebration", to the role of women during the conflict.
